Black Creek Sub Atomic registered Welsh gelding, 7 years, height cert 11.2hh.

Turbo’s family have had him since he was a 3yr old. He has taught both their boys how to ride and in his time with them has done everything from pony club, beach rides, swimming and hacking, to loads of ribbon days, games and A&P’s – he’s a very competitive lead rein pony and works in a lovely frame, he is VERY cute, the judges love him and he is always placed well.

Loves jumping, and would make a lovely show hunter pony as he has a lovely consistent rhythm. The kids do everything with him, absolutely no rear, buck, bolt, he is an absolute saint and will happily stand for hours with kids playing on, under and around him. He falls asleep being clipped and likewise being shod, washed and plaited – he’s a wee gentleman. He’d be wonderful out hunting as he’s not fizzy and would happily trot along and safely canter on the buckle and look after his little person. He canters on the buckle at the beach and happily comes back to a very relaxed walk, he’s not phased if the others head off.

Last season he was with us for 4 weeks of professional schooling to continue his education. The family have older riders get on and tune him up each season so he has buttons installed, they also do a lot of ground work with him and he does his transitions with voice commands so he is incredibly easy to work and keep fit from the ground. Simply, he’s the ultimate confidence booster, a quality pony who has taught so many kids to ride (their boys + all the horsey mad kids in their area). While he’s safe as houses to be left and ridden every now and the familywould love to see him in a home where he’s out and about like he has been with them, he absolutely loves kids and having a job to do and thrives being kept busy. He has great feet, goes well barefoot.

Clean and tidy legs. He looks after himself in the paddock, very happy being paddocked alone and isn’t herd bound. He’s a cruisy, intelligent wee guy who is very easy to have around.

Self loads/ unloads float or truck, very easy traveller.
