• Ideally hair should be as long as possible and a couple of fingers in width - I prefer tail hair over mane hair as it is more durable (but can generally work with whatever you have)

• Hair can be posted to Equine Mementos, 84 Whitneys Road, RD8, Waimate 7978
• Please allow about a 4 week turnaround but usually the timeframe is much quicker.
• Pendants and silver cuffs and bangles are much more hard wearing than braided bracelets, so if you are planning on wearing your keepsake most of the time, they are a great option.
• Pendants all come with a fine sterling silver chain. There are a number of chain upgrades available. Feel free to ask
