Glimpse of Glitter (Cherry) - 142.5cm, 8yo Welsh x Arab mare.

Cherry is a lovely little mare who'd make a fantastic second pony for an established, confident kid.

She goes nicely on the flat in all three paces; not an established dressage mount yet, but very capable of a tidy L1 test.

An absolute breeze to jump, this is where Cherry's forté is! She has previously competed to 90cm SJ with placings, and has schooled 1.05m courses with the odd 1.10m jump. She is a lovely forward ride to a jump, and has beautiful technique.

Good to handle in every way: farrier (shod in front), float/truck (when not doing it regularly she does need a couple of minutes of encouragement, but when going out frequently she goes straight on), hack out alone and in groups, take on outings etc. Very easy keeper, no health issues and doesn't require extra supplementing feed-wise.

Cherry does require a relatively confident kid, as can have her opinions about hard work. There's absolutely no dirt that we or her current owners have found; she just likes to test her rider with some laziness and the odd cow kick in canter. Never escalates beyond that, and the moment she knows she has a capable person on board, she's good as gold.

Cherry has been a much loved family pony for the last few years and it's time for her to make another person happy and teach them the ropes. We think she'd be ideal in a PC/competition type home where she is ridden regularly and loved on.
