LAVENDER HILL KSNZ 5yr old 15.3hh Registered NZWBA mare by Senator VDL out of a TB mare. Lav has been with me for the last year and has been a genuine youngster to produce, she is soft and willing on the flat with a super canter, brave and careful to jump with good natural instincts and enjoys getting out and about hacking! I see this mare thriving in an Eventing home with a competent junior or smaller adult wanting a straightforward but capable young horse with plenty of potential to travel up through the grades. Equally would suit a Jumping home or just someone that wants to do a bit of everything.

CHARLESTON KSNZ 5yr old 15.3hh Registered NZWBA gelding by Campion KSNZ. Charlie has been a genuine and straightforward chap to bring on since he arrived to us green broke at the end of November. He has 3 tidy paces and a cute jump that is developing nicely seems to love playing round XC jumps and I think an Eventing home could be his calling! Been easy to take out, same out as he is at home. Nice to have round and ready for someone to take over the reins and enjoy!

ON BEHALF   Leroy Brown 148cm RAS 13yr Appaloosa/Gisborne Bred Leroy is an attractive chunky boy with lots to offer. He has three good paces, an easy jump and a fun temperament. His flatwork is coming along nicely and he’s easily schooling around 1m with ability for more. With his current teenage owner he has competed to 80cm XC and SJ, done lots of pony club and hacking and just generally been a safe and fun pony for her. With previous owners he has also hunted and done showhunter so a jack of all trades! He has been with me to come back into work ready for his  new home and has been a delight. He is the type of pony that everyone needs to have fun on and be 100% safe. We have hacked him out around the roads where he has been super bold, great in traffic and happy out in front or behind. He has a fantastic walk and would be a great trekking pony! He is more than happy to cruise along on the buckle and is super patient to stand wherever you put him. Leroy is a forward moving pony and enjoys his jumping so will not be suited to any nervous riders. I see him thriving in a home with a confident kid or small adult that wants to be safe and have fun but also enjoy a pony with a decent engine. He would thrive out trekking/hacking but equally happy out competing and at pony club. He can occasionally be pushy on the ground and pull faces but nothing that isn’t easily kept in line. He is great to shoe, float, yard, wash etc. He has a fresh set of shoes on, had his teeth done last week and was drenched before arrival so he is all ready for his new home. Leroy will come with all of his gear - fully mounted saddle, bridle, breastplate, boots, a variety of rugs and all the other bits and bobs.

13.2hh (home measure) 9yr old Arab x Riding Pony mare looking for a new postcode. She did some showing as a youngster, then was turned out for a few years due to no fault of her own and has now been back in work for a few months. She is more go than whoa but still has great brakes. She has enjoyed popping over a few small jumps. Great with farm life, pigs, floating, for the dentist and farrier etc but is a bit marey (squirty and squealing) when in season. Would suit a confident kid who wants to have fun, I see her enjoying a games or SJ or maybe endurance home. Will come with some covers. Located in the Waikato

Donner Diego BV Heartbreaking sale of a very well loved horse, due to the riders legs growing too long. Donny is a 9 year 160cm Buckskin Warmblood Arab cross. Sire- Donner Regal out of Donnerubin Dam- Zavannah BV Registered with the Golden Horse and the Warmblood society.   Donny has been the most amazing first hack for my daughter. He is very well schooled in dressage, well established at level 2 and starting to train level 3 movements he usually scores in the high 60’s or low 70’s.  He represented Canterbury at the NZPCA Dressage Area Championships in 2024, Member of the winning team and he won all his individual tests, also won best placed first timer at Dressage Champs. Recently at South Island Secondary school week he was placed 2nd overall in Level 2 dressage. He also won the overall horse Year 9 and 10 rider over all disciplines. He is a great jumper. He has a lovely style and excels at showhunter. Last year he won or placed highly in almost every round and won the most points SCNO Show hunter series.  He is a very solid 1m -1.10m Show Jumper and is very quick in jump offs, he can take tight pony turns! He is usually placed in every round and generally very clean. He competed at NZPCA Area SJ championship for Canterbury Area PC. He can jump higher heights in training and happily pops over larger fences, we have not competed him any higher than 1.10m due to focusing on SH last season and this season his rider being too big on him. This year he has been eventing at 80cm, with wins and placings. He is ready to move up to 95cm now and is happily training over 105cm fences. He loves RTR and is often the judges pick. He gets a lot of compliments about his style and rhythm over a fence. He loves to hack out and enjoys going to the forest regularly. He is super to clip, shoe, float. He loves to be ridden and jumped bareback. He really is just an overgrown pony. He is more whoa than go but we have had no problems with creating energy as proven by his results.   Super sad sale of an adored horse.

LSL Perfectly Made 7yr old, dark brown, 16hh TB Gelding by Perfectly Ready. Jett is an absolute dude, such a pleasure to have around and a delight to ride. He would make the perfect first hack for a competent rider or a ladies horse to enjoy a bit of everything on! He has 3 lovely paces and a rocking horse canter. He has a lovely elegant presence about him that screams for the show ring or dressage arena. His dark bay coat really gives him that striking wow factor! He is well put together. Jett is currently schooling Level 3 dressage and has competed at Level 2 with wins and placings. He competed at the Off The Track Ribbon Day in the green horse class when he was a 5yr old and won champion with many compliments from the judges. Jett is a super honest jumper and enjoys this work. He has schooled up to 1m SJ and 95cm XC. He would suit someone wanting to dabble in a bit of everything. Unfazed by fill. Jett has been on many outings and in many different environments - clinics, groups, lessons, practice days, competitions. He has been well schooled by his owner who adores him but is overcommitted so this is a very sad sale! His ideal fit would be a competent teen or adult rider looking for a lovely horse to be competitive in dressage and showing. He equally would be a great PC mount for a competent teen who wants to do a bit of everything. He is easy to deal with on the ground and in the paddock. Not grass affected. Jett can wind suck but wears a collar and is a great doer in fabulous condition! Seeking a loving home for this gorgeous gelding! He is very special to his owner.
