Phoebe has potential to be a top Show Pony, she is well handled, floats, farrier, drench, she has correct conformation no scars or blemishes, great feet and a great nature.
She is ready to begin her ridden career so is looking for a new home due to older owners change of direction and no rider.
Phoebe has recently been away for a few weeks learning experience with a capable teen- going to the beach, getting pampered.
Priced for quite sale-, price will increase as she does more/ gets out.
She is appro, 140cm now home measured
A great wee confidence builder who has brought my daughter a long way forward in her riding. He is very well schooled and responds best to a soft and kind rider. He has been a show hunter and show pony most of his life. This is definitely what he is best at and enjoys the most but my daughter's interests have been eventing and show jumping so that has been the focus while he has been with us. Rider has outgrown and this wee pony has much to offer his new home.
Dash is the ultimate second pony.
We have had Dash since 2021.
Dash is currently competing at level 2 and came away from Horse of the year 5th overall level 2 pony of the year title class and 4th overall freestyle musical novice pony of the year as well as placings in his showing classes.
He has had more champions and reserves in premier league dressage over the years than I have room to name.
He also came 3rd in the South Island overall for Super 5 combined horses and ponies – the only pony to place in the south island preliminary league.
He also gave Mckenzie the Equimatch pony and Young rider national series south island win for riders 12 and under for the highest dressage score level one.
Dash is registered pony breeders and NZRP and last season won the amazing title of Versatility Pony of the year – he has had many placings showjumping and show hunter though dressage is his specialty. His maximum height he is happy at is around 80-90cm.
Dash is a registered part bred welsh/throughbred and has also won supreme all breeds at the 2023 Nelson A&P show and can compete in part bred welsh classes.
In showing he has won many champions and supremes and NZRP sashes over the last 3 years – too many to name.
Dash is NOT a forward ride and would suit a young rider wanting to do everything – pony club, showing, jumping, and dressage. He is the ultimate all rounder and you can take him absolutely anywhere with no hassles. Nothing phases him. He travels in a truck or a float, and will happily yard at an event with no problems at all.
He has evented at 65cm and had placings at all events – his dressage score generally sees him do very well overall!
His biggest annoying feature is that while he is tied up he finds it difficult to stand still – odd considering he’s hard to get moving!
He is also prone to get very clingy if you have a second pony so he would be best to go to a family that is only taking him out to compete on his own.
His feet are perfect and he’s a gem to shoe and clip.
We have decided to sell dash as his rider is moving onto hacks next season and also has a young pony at home to take out next season. We also thought it would be best to sell dash before he moves up next season to level 3 as he would have to be downgraded for a less experienced rider and this would mean less competitions for the new partnership to compete in as he would be exempt from national and championship competitions due to being downgraded.
Genuine enquiries only please- he will not be sold sight unseen. No leases or trials. We will be very picky where he goes as he is the most amazing versatile pony.
Dash has a life measuring certificate.
Videos and many more photos available on request.
First to sit on will love him!
Exceptionally well schooled 9 year old - a big moving solid type - 1 in a million you’ve been looking for 🦄
Duch has all the buttons installed & is a soft sensible ride. Zero dirt, loves his adventures - A complete dude with presence & Super kind to human/ horses big or small.
This guy has schooled low level jumping (80cm) with his previous owner including some cross country training days. The last few years he has spent with me, our main focus has been Dressage & schooling Level 4 buttons at home with ease, due to a busy 6 months of work things are not quieting down so this is a Heartbreaking sale as he is really at his happiest when out jumping rather than showing or dressage all the time.
Duch is a safe all rounder that is a good boy no matter what you ask of him. He is a head turner and gets off wherever you are and performs. He would suit an adult returning to riding, a mother wanting a safe fun hack to compete on or to drag ponies around off.
Or someone wanting to further their jumping career on an honest reliable mount. The Easiest horse to have around, he is super gentle so requires a kind person, Enjoys his job and responsive to your aids however not a hot type.
Currently popping around 90cm at home after 3 years of showing and dressage so plenty of mileage just needs more time around the ring now and he will continuing to excel.
Never says no & will be going out to a few training days in the next month to get back into it!
He is a good boy who does what he’s asked. Great after a month off - jump straight on & Loves a hack out up the road, forest, beach & has numerous treks around the hills under his belt as well as overnight stays. No vices & is a great Babysitter for the young ones coming through - fine to lead off.
This horse has been produced properly to go through the grades so am gutted to be letting him go. He is a special boy & will land on his feet no matter where he goes - he is a serious horse for the Eventing scene with his balanced paces and easy going nature or would excel in the show Hunter ring. Currently ridden in a snaffle for all disciplines.
References from both Dressage & SJ riders can be provided. Pricing reflects current market. Reduced from 15k.
Located North Canterbury
Videos are available.
Very reluctant sale due to work we are moving to Chicago, USA.
Flicka has been the ultimate packer for her rider this season to learn the ropes of the SJ ring. She is as honest as they come, takes a miss and happily carries on and has been super reliable at always bringing her rider home safe. Currently competing to 1.0m with top 3 placing for her novice rider. But has previously jumped to 1.25m in the ring and no reason she couldn't go back to this. She's an easy mare to have about, travels well on a float or truck, is the same out as she is at home and loves to please. Snaffle mouth and no gadgets required. I see her ideal home being one where she can bring a junior rider up through the grades or just be a fun mount for an amatuer rider to enjoy. Proven Broodmare as well with two lovely youngsters on the ground.
Elly May is a very bold and brave youngster with a lovely nature, and is sure to turn heads with her stunning looks.
I can see Elly May being super on the hunt field but equally excel in the showjumping or show hunter ring.
Elly May has some of NZs best stationbred lines including Holden Kingston (Ngahiwi x telereign) x Glendevon commander.
Her dam showjumped upto 120s.
There is no doubt she is going to go far in any chosen discipline.

Jeff is a very sweet horse that I've had for schooling and sale on behalf. Before I got him he was hacked around his home town of Marokopa by all levels of riders including young children
He has progressed beautifully since he's been in training, going kindly on the flat and has been competitivly jumping 70 and 80 and schooling higher . He has not been overjumped due to his age, and is easy to jump any fill, yet to refuse.
He has a soft personality and loves cuddles, treats and scratches. He is respectful on the ground and my non horsey dad happily handles him and loads him on the float. He is proving to be a fun partner who will turn his hoof to any discipline.
He's just started competing and he has been very easy.

Gisborne Dressage- 0A 65% 1st
- 0B 68.67% 1st
He's got good strong barefoot hooves. Very easy to have around, great to clip, trim and float (angle or straight)
Despite being a gentleman he is green and young so will not suit an inexperienced rider.
Located Gisborne but can be viewed in Matamata or Auckland for serious parties and a small fee.
Whinnie
Lovely natured girl, would stand all day getting pampered!
Has had a few weeks of professional training to learn the basics under saddle and has shown an incredibly smart and trainable nature! She’ll be super easy to finish off once mature. Well put together and nice enough for the show ring, has a stunning big trot! but also capable of excelling in any discipline.
