ARE YOU LOOKING FOR YOUR NEXT TOP SADDLE HUNTER/ SHOW HUNTER PONY
Beautiful solid bay mare.
Bee was starting professionally under saddle and has slowly produced. And is very ready to start showing career. She has had limited outings, Due to having too many ponies on the go. Bee is a lovely natured pony easy to handle on the ground, the first one at the fence to say hello. Good to trim hoofs, loads well, stands happy tied to the float. Hacks on a long rein on her own or in company. Can be ridden without requiring lunging after having time off. Bee has lovely big moment at the trot, has a nice steady show ring canter, a light soft mouth. She can be ridden by a beginner but would benefit having a experience ridder carrying on with schooling her over winter ready for next season. She has no buck ,bolt or any naughtiness just green due to lack of milage, no qurks. She will Excel in the saddle hunter ring /Dressage and has a perfect show hunter rhythm over Jumps. doesn't look at fills or anything. Will only sell to experience competitive home, no beginners. Videos available on request.

Registered with WPCSNZ as Nilloh Neverland
By Ascot Merlot
Out of Nilloh Gabriella
Breeding home only. Not a ridden or harness prospect due to previous poll injury with arthritic changes in effect.
He is AI trained and was successfully collected last year including covering mares first cycle via frozen semen. Superb to run with mares or hand serve. Has easily run with mares with the advantage of a hill paddock he has easily gotten larger mares in foal first or second cycle.
50% chance of dilute foals
50% chance of roan foals
This is not an easy decision please no timewasters but due to unforeseen circumstances it’s lead to either finding him a home or laying him to rest. There are worse fates out there, he was passed pillar to post as a youngster and very misunderstood so I will have no regrets laying him to rest if the perfect home isn’t found.
He has been on a meticulous injury care plan the last 18 months and has finally come off all medications and so far is doing well. He will need ongoing support from a bodyworker (not a chiropractor) for the rest of his life.
Will come with a full wardrobe of rugs and various therapy accessories to maintain his care plan.
Is all up to date with dental, hoof care and is up to date with his annual vaccinations.
Vet checks are welcome at your expense but no guarantees he will pass the flexion tests in the neck/poll
He is currently in turnout “Dad Bod” condition
He trucks and floats well, self loads most of the time. respects fences and hot tape.
Needs an understanding approach to be caught, don’t dare turn up wanting to catch him without his treats he’ll just laugh at you.
I’ve had this pony for a number of years now, I have been the only consistent home in his entire life. If you can’t offer the same or better level of commitment then please don’t waste my time by enquiring
Located Rural Dannevirke
Genuine offers only, have had 5 figure offers in the past for him however I believe they were trolls as never followed through, a thorough contract agreement applies
Rocky, 8yo 159cm (smidgen under 15.3) gelding by Badlands Hannover. Well let down, in great condition ready to go!
Rocky has been great to have around right from the start.
Took to being ridden very well.
Loves hacking out, river rides, no bank or dip too scary for Rocky. Takes his time and always finds a good path.
Great for all grooming, floats perfectly, goes on the truck. Stands tied & isnt girthy.
Excellent solid feet, walks out well.
Stands well while others do stuff around him. (super videoing platform!)
The arena isn’t his happy place, he doesn’t have any interest in going in a contact or showing off any fancy foot work, he is more like an off roading/farm truck!
Canter is there but it is a bit elusive. In the arena he can looky, happy to go into detail about this, HOWEVER, out side of the arena he is very happy and hasn’t spooked once, including when 500 ducks flew out while we’re at the river!!
Wanting to go farming. Would make an excellent mustering, farm hack or high country/cavalcade horse.
All inquiries to Ardlussa Equine, there is videos of him too.
We are in Riversdale, Southland.

‘Sassy’ is an 8yo 15.2hh black crossbred mare.
Sassy is as safe as houses to ride, with three lovely paces and easy to get together. She has the basics well established, and with her owner has had success at unregistered training level dressage. She is ready to compete at preliminary level, and while with us she is further establishing novice level movements such as counter canter and leg yield.
With her previous owner, Sassy was successful in the park hack ring, bringing home multiple wide ribbons at A&P level.
While not her owners focus, she has also been lightly jump schooled and shows plenty of ability and bravery.
Sassy is good to handle, but can be on the pushy side - so needs someone capable of setting clear boundaries.
Sassy is a very cool mare with plenty to offer. Her current owner got her to get back into riding, and her previous owner was a young rider - which speaks volumes for her temperament and reliability!

Charlie is a 6yo 16hh standardbred gelding by Creatine (trotter) raced as Itaintnecessarilyso.
Recently retired from racing, Charlie arrived to me to be started under saddle and rehomed.
Unfortunately due to an injury (not from any of my horses!) I am unable to ride for a few weeks and needing to reduce my numbers so he is available as is.
He has not been ridden, however is more than ready to get going.
Up to date with drench and hooves, has had a course of ulcer treatment and some bodywork.
Charlie is good to handle, but can be a bit of a grump so does require someone confident and experienced to get the best from him. Has trucked and angle floated to my knowledge.
He is a nice athletic type and I can see him being a nice horse for dressage and showing in time.
To enquire about charlie please email or text with a bit about your experience and potential plans for him.

“Kazmere Curiosity” (Tyra)
15.3hh 15yo mare. Flowervale Meteor/Voltaire II.
Tyra is the ultimate schoolmistress, first hack, or returning to riding mount. Beautifully schooled and successful to medium level dressage, with flying changes becoming established as well as the beginnings of passage (which she shows super talent for!). Tyra also loves to jump, and has been successful out eventing and RTR. Alongside her versatility, Tyra is also great out hacking (on her own or with others).
She has three lovely paces, is well conformed and is a delight to handle and have around. Tyra has not been thrashed, and was relatively low on miles when her current owners got her a couple of years ago. So, although she is 15, she feels incredibly sound, loose, and has a lot ahead of her!
Tyra has been ridden, trained, and competed over the last couple of years by a young rider, as her first hack, and is only available as her rider is now off at boarding school.
Tyra is an absolute gem, schoolmasters like these do not come around often.
Currently with Haig Dressage, in full work and ready to go.
Lincoln River (Falcon)
Exceptionally classy 17hh 8yo TB gelding.
Falcon is a HoY quality stamp of show horse, with a turn of front not often seen on a TB, big movement, and real presence. With limited outings with his owner in the show ring, he has won multiple champions and supremes.
Falcon is a big mover, and moves well enough to be competitive in the dressage arena against his warmblood counterparts. He is working at novice level with leg yield, and counter canter established.
He also jumps, and with his owner has happily jumped to 90cm. He is brave and has a lovely rhythm to a fence.
Falcon does come with a few quirks (happy to discuss) and is priced accordingly. However, nothing that stops him from being highly competitive. He has absolutely no dirt, but because of his size does require a competent rider.
We would love to see Falcon in a competitive showing/dressage home. This horse has so much to offer someone!
Lox Flora
16hh 7yo grey mare.
Bloomfield Fahabi (Fiderstern/Arab)/Vollrath Lessing
Flora is an expressive, big moving mare with great mechanics. She is green for her age through no other reason than her owners lack of time, but is coming along in her work in leaps and bounds.
Flora is very well put together, and would not look out of place in the show ring either.
She has not competed, but has hacked out and was very good.
She is good to handle, and a good doer. Currently barefoot.
Flora has the ability to progress through the grades and be highly competitive with the right rider on board.
She would be best suited to a kind but competent rider wanting a serious quality horse.
